About This Policy

Graffititude Worldwide is a creative platform used by young people, schools, and families. This policy sets out what is and isn't acceptable when using the platform. It exists to keep everyone safe and to make sure Graffititude remains a positive, creative space.

Our Users

Many of our users are aged 12-17. Everything on this platform should be appropriate for that age group. Even if you are an adult user, the content you create must be suitable for younger users to see.

What You Can Create

Graffititude is designed for creative, graffiti-style artwork. You're encouraged to:

How You Must Behave

Merchandise

If your artwork is printed on merchandise, the same rules apply. We will not print merchandise containing artwork that violates this policy. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any merchandise order if we believe the artwork is inappropriate.

What Happens If You Break These Rules

If we believe you've violated this policy, we may:

  1. Remove the content — delete specific artwork that violates the policy
  2. Issue a warning — contact you (or your parent/guardian if you're under 18) to explain the issue
  3. Suspend your account — temporarily prevent you from using the platform
  4. Terminate your account — permanently remove your account and all associated data

The action we take depends on the severity of the violation. For serious or illegal content, we may skip straight to account termination and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Reporting Concerns

If you see content that you think violates this policy, or if you have concerns about another user's behaviour, please let us know:

We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as possible. If you're a young person and something has made you uncomfortable, please talk to a trusted adult as well as reporting it to us.

A Note About Graffiti Culture

We celebrate graffiti as an art form and a means of creative expression. Graffititude is a legal, safe space to practice and develop graffiti skills. This platform does not encourage or endorse illegal graffiti on public or private property. Creating artwork on Graffititude is a creative activity — applying it to real-world surfaces without permission is a criminal offence.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
