Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign Up" on the homepage and enter your email address. We'll send you a 6-digit code — enter it to create your account. No password needed!

How do I log in?

Enter your email address and we'll send you a fresh login code. Codes expire after 15 minutes for security. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email.

Do I need to be a certain age?

You need to be 13 or older to create your own account. If you're under 13, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

I used Graffititude at school — can I still use my artwork?

Yes! When you create a Graffititude Worldwide account, your artwork from school or group sessions can be transferred to your personal account.

Playing Games

How do the games work?

Each game guides you through creating graffiti-style artwork. You'll choose a brush, draw your design on a canvas, then arrange your strokes into a final composition. Your finished artwork is saved to your My Style gallery.

What are the different brush types?

• Round — a smooth, circular tip good for flowing lines and details
• Chisel — a flat, angled tip that gives thick and thin strokes depending on direction
• Fatcap — a wide spray tip for big, bold coverage

Can I change my brush size?

Yes! Open the menu (the green hamburger icon on the right side of the screen) and choose Small, Medium, or Large. You can also tap the brush size indicator at the bottom-right of the screen to cycle through sizes.

How do I undo a mistake?

Use the eraser tool from the menu to remove individual strokes. You can also use "Clear Canvas" to start fresh (this removes all strokes from the current screen).

What happens when I finish a game?

Your artwork is saved as a high-resolution image in your My Style gallery. You can then preview it on merchandise like mugs and street scenes.

Where is my artwork saved?

All finished artwork appears in your My Style gallery on the homepage. Scroll down to the "My Style" section to see everything you've created.

Can I delete artwork?

Yes. In your My Style gallery, each artwork has a delete option. Deleted artwork is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

What resolution are my artworks?

Finished artworks are saved at 3000 pixels wide with a transparent background — high enough quality for printing on merchandise.

Merchandise

Can I buy merchandise with my artwork?

Yes! You can preview your artwork on mugs, street scenes, and more. Merchandise ordering is available through the platform.

What products are available?

Currently we offer mugs and street scene prints. More products are being added — check back for updates.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Details will be shown when you place an order.

Technical Issues

What browsers work with Graffititude?

Graffititude works best on modern mobile browsers including:

• Safari (iOS 12+)
• Chrome (Android and iOS)
• Firefox
• Samsung Internet
• Edge

The drawing games require a touchscreen device. Older browsers may not support all features.

Why does the screen say "rotate your device"?

Some games work best in portrait mode (phone upright) and others in landscape (phone on its side). The prompt disappears once you rotate to the correct orientation.

My drawing isn't saving — what do I do?

Check that you have a stable internet connection. Each brush stroke is saved automatically as you draw. If you're having persistent issues, try refreshing the page and starting a new game.

The page is blank or not loading

Try these steps:

1. Refresh the page
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Make sure JavaScript is enabled
4. Try a different browser
5. If nothing works, contact us with your device and browser details

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Email us at info@graffchamps.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What data do you collect?

We collect only what's needed to provide the service: your email address, your artwork, and basic login information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell your data to anyone.
