About These Terms

These terms govern your use of Graffititude Worldwide ("the platform"), operated by Graffiti Champions ("we", "us", "our"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

We've written these terms in plain language. If anything is unclear, please contact us.

Who Can Use Graffititude

• Age 13 and over: You can create an account and use the platform
• Under 13: You need permission from a parent or guardian. By using the platform, you confirm you have this permission
• Schools and groups: If you're accessing Graffititude through a school or youth group, your teacher or group leader has agreed to these terms on your behalf for the session

Your Account

• You need a valid email address to create an account
• We use a passwordless login system — you'll receive a code by email each time you log in
• You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, as it controls access to your Graffititude account
• One account per person. Don't share your login codes with others
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately

What You Can Do

With a Graffititude account, you can:

• Play graffiti-style creative games
• Save your artwork to your personal My Style gallery
• Preview your artwork on merchandise (street scenes, mugs, and more)
• Order printed merchandise featuring your artwork
• Delete your artwork at any time

Your Artwork — Intellectual Property

This section explains who owns what:

You own your artwork

The artwork you create using our games belongs to you. You retain full copyright to your original creative work.

What you grant us

By saving artwork to the platform, you grant Graffiti Champions a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Display your artwork within the platform (your My Style gallery, merchandise previews)
• Process your artwork for merchandise production (resizing, format conversion, applying to product templates)
• Promote the platform using anonymised examples of artwork created on it (we will never identify you by name without your explicit consent)

This licence ends when you delete the artwork or your account.

What we will never do

• Sell or sub-licence your artwork to third parties without your knowledge
• Use your artwork in a way that identifies you without your consent
• Claim ownership of your artwork

Our platform content

The games, tools, user interface, design elements, backgrounds, templates, and other platform content are owned by Graffiti Champions and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform content.

Merchandise

• You can preview your artwork on various merchandise items within the platform
• If you order merchandise, you are purchasing a physical product featuring your own artwork
• Merchandise orders are fulfilled by our print partners
• Prices, availability, and delivery information will be displayed at the point of purchase
• Your consumer rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected by these terms
• We reserve the right to refuse merchandise orders if the artwork violates our Acceptable Use Policy

School and Group Sessions

If you first used Graffititude through a school or group session:

• Artwork created during that session may be copied to your personal Graffititude Worldwide account when you create one
• Your school or group does not retain any rights over artwork you created — it belongs to you
• Transition to a personal account requires you to provide an email address and agree to these terms

Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy when using the platform. In summary:

• Don't create artwork containing hate speech, threats, or illegal content
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Don't use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and Changes

• We aim to keep the platform available but can't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may update, change, or remove features at any time
• We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes
• Free features may become paid features in future — any artwork you've already created remains yours regardless

Ending Your Use

You can leave at any time

Contact us to delete your account. We will remove all your personal data and artwork from our servers permanently.

We may suspend or remove accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Use the platform in a way that could harm other users
• Are under 13 and do not have parental consent

If we need to take action, we'll try to contact you first (unless there's an immediate safety concern).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any loss of artwork due to technical issues (though we maintain regular backups)
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
