Information created when you use the platform
- Artwork — the graffiti-style drawings and designs you create in our games. These are PNG image files stored on our servers
- Game progress — which games you've played, scores, and achievements
- Canvas layouts — temporary arrangement data when you're positioning your artwork
Information collected automatically
- Login history — when you log in, your IP address, and browser type (for security)

If You Are Under 13
If you are under 13 years old, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use Graffititude Worldwide. When you sign up, we may ask you to confirm that you have this permission. Your parent or guardian can contact us at any time to:
- Review the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your account and all your data
- Withdraw their consent for you to use the service
If You Are 13-17
If you are aged 13-17, you can create an account and use the service. We still take extra care with your data because you are under 18. You have all the same rights as adult users (see "Your Rights" below).
School Group Sessions
If you first used Graffititude through a school or group session, your artwork may have been created under a group site. When you transition to your own Graffititude Worldwide account:
- Your artwork is copied to your personal account
- Your original school/group site ID is recorded (so we know where you came from)
- Your email address is collected for the first time during this transition
Your Artwork
Your artwork is important to us and to you. Here's how we handle it:
- Storage: Your artwork is stored as PNG image files on our servers
- Display: Your artwork appears in your My Style gallery and can be previewed on merchandise (street scenes, mugs, etc)
- Ownership: You own the copyright to the artwork you create. See our Terms & Conditions for details on how we may use it
- Deletion: You can delete any artwork from your My Style gallery at any time. Deleted artwork is permanently removed from our servers
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data to anyone. We only share your data in these limited circumstances:
- Hosting provider: Our website is hosted on servers that store your data securely
- Email service: We use an email service to send you login codes
- Merchandise partners: If you purchase merchandise, your artwork and order details may be shared with our print partners to fulfil your order
All our partners are required to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.
How We Protect Your Data
- Your login uses a secure passwordless system — no passwords are stored
- Login codes expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once
- Your session is protected by secure, HttpOnly cookies
- Our database is protected by access controls and regular backups
How Long We Keep Your Data
